Of course but you will probably loose some credits towards your change. By the way, how do you get a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering? Also, a Bachelor Degree is an undergraduate degree while a Masters is a graduate degree. You need to get your Bachelor in Math before going for your Masters.

Yes. Look at the admissions requirements of the school you want to go to. You may or may not have to take any courses that you haven't taken with you BA but I wouldn't image it would be too many.
