Start slow. Do what you can and build a little every day. You may also want to get a resistance band to do some stretching exercises, which you can also do sitting down.

As you build your strength and continue to lose weight, it will become a lot easier to move around.

Good luck and don't give up! %26quot;)

Congratulations on the weight loss!!! Try to do some water aerobics. You actually have less exertion in water than on land.
I tried this program to lose weight, you might like it too. theskinnyyou.info.

Good Luck!
congratulations on losing some of the weight mate.
maybe try doing the rowing machine...there's also another exercise machine that you just sit down and hold on to the handles and rotate your arms i'm not sure what it's called but something like that may make you feel more inclined to exercise longer to burn more calories and losing more weight because you won't be putting any strain on your legs. If you don't have access to the gym or those types of equipment try bike riding..it will still promote strengthening your legs but again won't put as much strain on them as walking would. I would say keep up the good work and give bike riding a try! good luck! :)
