its a MAJOR undertaking. you need the transmission, flywheel from the manual, ECU from the manual, COMPLETE engine wiring harness from the manual, axles from the manual, shift linkages, shifter bushings, shift lever, shift boot, shift knob, center console to accept the shifter, three pedal assembly because the brake in the automatic is too far left to allow proper placement and travel of the clutch pedal, clutch master cylinder, hydraulic lines, and transmission mount. The total cost you can expect to spend if you buy quality parts and labor to install will be in the $7,000-$10,000 range.
