Is it possible to change major that is in a totally different area?

Right now I attend university of toronto. And im majoring in accounting. But I've been thinking of switching my major to environmental science. I've looked at it and it requires a lot of science courses, chem,bio and physics. Would i be able to do this? In high school I've only took biology, and not chemistry or physics.
